Using this feature, you can Open, Edit and Save remote files directly from your applications. Also Copy/Paste or Drag-n-Drop between your local computer and the mapped FilesAnywhere folder., FTP, Workgroup This is the best solution for teams who need to store and share files between offices, from home or when traveling. Share Folders using Read-Only or Full permissions. Adding a SubAccount A SubAccount is simply an additional user account, which is associated with a Primary account. The Primary account pays for all SubAccounts, and manages the SubAccounts. Any user plan can be upgraded to a Workgroup plan simply by adding SubAccounts. With the WebAdvanced plan, you can add individual SubAccounts as needed. With the Web-only Account, you choose the size of your Workgroup in blocks of 5 users (including the Primary user). WebAdvanced plans are more cost-effective if you only need a couple of SubAccounts, and come with more features. The Web Account Workgroup (purchased in multiples of 5 users) is generally less expensive for 5 or more users, but does not come with the WebAdvanced features. unlocks special features: Media Streaming, full-text Search Search File/Folder Names, Text in Files, Metatag Keywords or Comments.  Instantly search files in folders or account-wide.
