Share Folders using Read-Only or Full permissions. Adding a SubAccount A SubAccount is simply an additional user account, which is associated with a Primary account. The Primary account pays for all SubAccounts, and manages the SubAccounts. Any user plan can be upgraded to a Workgroup plan simply by adding SubAccounts. With the WebAdvanced plan, you can add individual SubAccounts as needed. With the Web-only Account, you choose the size of your Workgroup in blocks of 5 users (including the Primary user). WebAdvanced plans are more cost-effective if you only need a couple of SubAccounts, and come with more features. The Web Account Workgroup (purchased in multiples of 5 users) is generally less expensive for 5 or more users, but does not come with the WebAdvanced features. unlocks special features: Media Streaming, full-text Search Search File/Folder Names, Text in Files, Metatag Keywords or Comments.
