With the WebAdvanced plan, you can add individual SubAccounts as needed. With the Web-only Account, you choose the size of your Workgroup in blocks of 5 users (including the Primary user). The clean, functional Web interface allowed me to easily upload and download files, set up shared folders, and view file version histories.
I could upload files one by one or in groups, and the interface also provided a Zip utility for uploading groups of files. Registered users can now share files with non-registered users, and FilesAnywhere has version control Version Control provides a structure for working on files in a team, along with detailed tracking, alerts, and the ability to open any prior version of a file. capabilities to back up modified files.
