When you request information or sign up for any optional services, we only need an email address or username to send the requested information back to you.

When you send files and messages through the E-Send Send any files from your account to any other user using E-SEND. If the user is not a paying member (free trial member) they can still receivefiles, however be aware that their download limit is 2MB per day. E-SEND will delivera copy of your selected files in milliseconds, since the entire transfer takes placeon our servers. The recipient can then Login using their regular account name toretrieve the files instantly from their File Inbox. or Email services, we ask for your email address and that of the recipient in order to complete your request. We will never disclose or send promotional email without your permission using recipient addresses provided only for E-Send or Email services.

We are absolutely committed to keeping the content of your files private and secure. Only a few dedicated network technicians on duty at the data center have access to the secure file storage system. Technicians are not permitted to open customer documents unless required by law, and are bound with agreements of confidentiality.
With future paid services, when you place orders for upgraded service or access your billing information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL ) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us, so one can intercept it on the Internet.
"Cookies" are small pieces of data that are stored in temporary files by your browser on your computer's hard drive. QuickTree, GroupShare The GroupShare feature allows you to share any of your folders with other users, assigning either read-only access or full access. Users with Read-only access can only Download files in the folders you are sharing. Users with Full Access can Download and Upload files into your folder. Use GroupShare with full access to collaborate on shared project files that your group can update, or publish files read-only for others to easily download via FilesAnywhere. You can navigate GroupShare folders directly in your Folder Tree, and work with GroupShare files and subfolders the same way you work with your own files and folders., MediaFolder Image Viewer, Photo Albums, Music and Video Streaming. Picture this: photographs, graphics, image documents, videos and music files can all be enjoyed immediately without waiting for a download! Media streaming and photo albums can be shared with guests. Send links to pictures, videos or music using FileShare with MediaFolder. The MediaFolder is also the springboard to the Online Viewer. Just click "Media" on the toolbar to switch to the thumbnail view, and click any thumbnail to open the Viewer.
