Review Account Details.  

The information table in the Account Information screen displays all of the following:

• Name:  your username (also known as: "Login", "Login id", "account name").

• Drive Space:  the total drive space in your current plan (total space is defined as all used space plus the remaining space).

• Remaining Days:  the number of days remaining in your trial before the account expires.  You must upgrade to any PowerPlan to keep the account enabled.  There is a 15-day grace period after the account expires for you to do this.  However, trial accounts may be upgraded to a standard account at any time during the trial.  

You can upgrade anytime by clicking the "Upgrade Here" link in the Main View, or simply click here to UPGRADE). The Upgrade process is immediate; your account will reflect the new storage level when you logoff and Login again.

The following options are not visible to trial accounts:

• Next Charge:  the next date that is scheduled for automatic billing. This date is the same as the start date of your next period.

• Amount:  the amount of the next charge, based on your plan type and disk space.

• System Notes:  when a charge is declined, comments appear here about the reason for the declined charge is shown.

The following are only visible to accounts in a Pending Cancellation status:

• Reason:  if an account status is in "Pending Cancellation", comments are displayed here showing the reason for the cancellation status.
   

• End Date:  this field displays the last date the account will be available, then cancelled.

Update Credit Card Information

Update the billing information for any of the following reasons (changes take effect on next charge date):

• Expiration Date Change
   

• Billing Address Change
   

• Switch to a Different Charge Card
   

• Billing Last Name Change

Close Account at End of Period

Mark your account as pending cancellation at the end of the current period.

Close Account Immediately

Discontinue the account immediately.  Refunds are not provided for unused plans. This option is only provided for users who wish to rapidly close the account and purge its contents without waiting until the current period expires.

Manage Users

Upgrade

Use this feature to upgrade or make changes to your FilesAnywhere plan type.  All of the following can be done using the Upgrade screen:

• Upgrade your Storage

Move up to a larger PowerPlan, up to 5GB.  This allows you to upload and keep more files on FilesAnywhere.
 

• Downgrade your Storage  

You may reduce your total drive space by selecting a smaller drive plan, down to 100MB.  Note: if your total space exceeds the new size, you will need to delete files to reduce your total used space to below the drive plan space; downloads and other file actions are disabled whenever the total used space exceeds the drive size.

• Switch between Annual and Monthly Billing

Save $$$  by switching to an Annual Plan.  Annual Plans save more than 10% over Monthly Plans, and charges are conveniently processed just once per year.

• Upgrade Your Account to a Multi-User Workgroup This is the best solution for teams who need to store and share files between offices, from home or when traveling.
