Select any file then click the Download toolbar button or double-click on the file to download it to your local computer.
Your web browser will popup a confirmation question "Save or Open?". Choose to Save the file locally, unless you wish to open the file directly. If you choose to open the file, you can save it from within the application that is associated with it. The file will then begin to download.
After pressing Download, if you Open the file directly, the file cannot be saved back to your remote drive from inside your application. To update the version on your remote drive, you need to save it first locally, then upload the file to your remote drive (you may overwrite the existing file or save it using a different name).
Use the Zip!Download feature if you wish to download multiple files or folders.
The time needed to finish the transfer is completely dependent on your bandwidth to the Internet and the level of server activity. Because our remote server has an extremely high-capacity connection to the Internet, transfer rates will not normally be effected by other users. For cable modem, DSL, or other broadband users, downloading a 1MB file will typically take 10 seconds or less. If you are using a modem, please be extremely patient, since file transfers can take a long time over slow connections. Use Zip!Download to download multiple files, folders, or for any large files that are not already compressed. Click the Multi-Download tab to find out more.
