Click the Download button, which appears next to any file, to download the file to your local computer. You may also click on the file name.
Wait until prompted to Save or Open the file.
To save the file to your local hard drive, choose the Save option.
To open the file directly in an associated application, choose the Open option.
Repeat these Download steps if there are multiple files.
After pressing the DOWNLOAD button, if you see a warning message, check with the person who shared the files with you. You will not be able to download a file if the original shared file was renamed, deleted, or moved since the time the file share was created, or if the file link has expired.
File Share links expire after a certain number of days. The owner of the file share determines this expiration period when creating the share. Refer to the original email to see the expiration date of the link. If you need access to an expired link, you may reply directly to the email that was sent to you, to send a message to the file owner.
