The Main View displays a list of remote folders and files to the left. The Toolbar, Right-Mouse Menu and the tabbed panels on the right provide access to all system features.
Return to the Main View at any time by pressing the "Upload" tab or simply Refresh your browser window (F5 on most keyboards).
File actions on your remote files are always based on a selected file or folder, so first select the file then perform the action.
Toolbar buttons perform all actions needed for files and folders. A Right-Mouse Menu is available also when you right-click on selected files and folders, which perform the same actions as the toolbar.

GroupShare The GroupShare feature allows you to share any of your folders with other users, assigning either read-only access or full access. Users with Read-only access can only Download files in the folders you are sharing. Users with Full Access can Download and Upload files into your folder. Use GroupShare with full access to collaborate on shared project files that your group can update, or publish files read-only for others to easily download via FilesAnywhere. You can navigate GroupShare folders directly in your Folder Tree, and work with GroupShare files and subfolders the same way you work with your own files and folders. folder tree (folders shared to you - this may be made the top-level folder as a user option)
Only Visible When Feature is Activated:
File Inbox (users can E-Send Send any files from your account to any other user using E-SEND. If the user is not a paying member (free trial member) they can still receivefiles, however be aware that their download limit is 2MB per day. E-SEND will delivera copy of your selected files in milliseconds, since the entire transfer takes placeon our servers. The recipient can then Login using their regular account name toretrieve the files instantly from their File Inbox. you files)

The tabs on the Main View separate major actions:
Upload: basic file uploading (1 to 20 files individual selected).
Multi-Upload: upload many files and folders at once, use drag-n-drop to select files to upload from the Windows Explorer.
Multi-Download/Search Search File/Folder Names, Text in Files, Metatag Keywords or Comments. Instantly search files in folders or account-wide. An available Index feature (included with all multi-user accounts) rapidly indexes all readable file content in the account, making word searches lightning-fast, even over thousands of files! Create your own keywords, then "tag" files to search by keyword.: Search for files by content or name, Zip!Download, multi-file Delete.
Share: share your folders.
Properties/Version Control (vertical tab on the extreme right): information on selected folder (or file), and Version Control Version Control provides a structure for working on files in a team, along with detailed tracking, alerts, and the ability to open any prior version of a file. and File History settings.
At the lower left of the Main View, the remote drive space used and remaining is shown.
Note: users having a very large remote drive will be presented a "recalculate" button, to refresh the reported space used.
