Use the New Folder button as you do in the Microsoft Windows File Explorer,
to create new file folders within the selected folder.
To create a subfolder, select the main folder (which will become the parent folder), then click "New Folder". You will be prompted to name the new folder.

Invalid Common Characters in Filenames
Certain characters are not supported in the remote
file or folder name. There are:
\ / .. < > # % & " '
Certain characters may be allowed by your operating system, but are not
allowed on FilesAnywhere,
due to potential errors in displaying this text via a web page. For
security reasons, characters like the % are not allowed -
browsers may interpret some combinations of characters as executable code.
Try to use only alpha or numeric characters and spaces in your names to
avoid a problem.
