MediaFolder Image Viewer, Photo Albums, Music and Video Streaming.   Picture this: photographs, graphics, image documents, videos and music files can all be enjoyed immediately without waiting for a download! Media streaming and photo albums can be shared with guests. Send links to pictures, videos or music using FileShare with MediaFolder. The MediaFolder is also the springboard to the Online Viewer. Just click "Media" on the toolbar to switch to the thumbnail view, and click any thumbnail to open the Viewer. (the Online Viewer and Streaming Media features are available with all multi-user accounts) The MediaFolder is available with all user accounts. Features

Turn any folder into an instant Photo Album Create your own albums of photos and other media and files. Saving this as an Album converts it to a File View, and you can create as many virtual Albums as you wish from the original file locations. For more, see File Views. by simply selecting any folder containing images and clicking the Photos toolbar button.

 



 
Slideshow

In the MediaFolder panel, you can view all pictures in an automatic slideshow. You can sit back and enjoy one picture at a time - you control the interval between pictures. All pictures remain on the server, so it doesn't clutter your local disk.

 

Download Selected

You can also select any number of pictures and download them in a single Zip file.

Sharing Photos Using the Selection Basket

Selecting Photos to Share

You can select any number of photos from one or more folders. You select a photo by using the checkmark in the corner of the thumbnail image:

 

 

Checking (selecting) a photo will move a copy of the photo to the Selection Basket:

 

Share All Selected

You can continue selecting as many photos as you wish, from various folders. When you're done, you can take various actions on the selected photos in the Selection Basket (as shown in the popup menu below):

 



Choose the "Share All" menu option to share the selected photos with your contacts:
 

You will be prompted to enter the email addresses of the people you want to share your photos with:

 

 

Advanced Sharing Options

There are several advanced sharing options, including password protection, tracking who accesses the shared files and when they are accessed, and more.

Creating Photo Albums

After selecting multiple photos, as described above using the Selection Basket, you can choose to save the selected photos as a new Photo Album :

 

 

Choose the "Save Album" menu option to create a new Photo Album from the selected items.

 

 

Saved Photo Albums appear under the "FileViews" folder in FilesAnywhere, under My Views:

 

 

With any Photo Album , you can share it with other people, add more photos to it over time, and use it like any regular folder.  The real beauty of the Photo Album feature is that you create links to photos from various folder locations on FilesAnywhere into a single Photo Album reference. This way, you can design multiple photo albums for different purposes and retain the original photo locations.

Photo Printing Service

 

 

Sending photo prints from FilesAnywhereis a snap!  Just select any photos you want to print and click "Order Prints". The Order Prints button is available from the MediaFolder panel or the Selection Basket:

 


 

The Order Prints Wizard will guide you through the ordering process in just a few quick steps:

 

 

The Wizard selects the optimal size for you, but you can adjust the sizes and quantities to order just what you want, and you can send pictures to multiple recipients.

 

 

 The Order Prints feature is available to all users, even free trial accounts.

If you share photos to others, your recipients can even use this feature to order prints from the photos you shared.
