New Password:
enter a
new password, only if you want to reset the current one
Confirm Password: re-enter your new password here
Email Address: change your registered email address here (this is very important for receiving account notices and other file sharing-related notices)

Make GroupShares the top-level folder:
If other users are sharing folders to you, a GroupShares folder
appears in your folder tree. This option positions the GroupShares folder
to be the first folder you see when you login.
Disable FileViews:
This hides the FileViews folder, which is an advanced feature.
If you need to access the File Views feature,
uncheck this option.

If secure, encrypted file transfers are always important to
you, check this feature. With this checked, you will be prevented from
logging in to the HTTP FilesAnywhere site, and will always be directed
to the secure HTTPS login page.
Default Options
for File Share/Dropbox Have you ever needed to receive a large file from somebody, but it was too large for email? With a Dropbox, you can accept files of any size, from anyone, securely. Just right-click any folder and choose "Create File Dropbox" and enter an email address. An email is sent with a simple web link, guiding guests through the Upload. Someone who does not have a login account here can still upload files to your account. The Dropbox feature lets you select any folder and allow anyone to upload files into that folder, without viewing or modifying any of the existing folder contents. When combined with the "Send Files" FileShare feature, you can create virtually any combination of sharing that you need for your files and folders on. Links: these options determine the default

Just select any file or folder, then type the email addresses of the people you would like to share the files with. Record All File Activity in the History
Log:
This setting will save a record for each FileShare download
or Dropbox upload in the folder's file activity log (viewable from the
File History screen)
Notify Me of Each File Activity:
This setting will send you an email notice each time a FileShare
file is downloaded or Dropbox file is uploaded (sent to your registered
email address)
Send Emails From:
This setting allows you to choose who the FileShare or Dropbox
emails are shown to be From, when the initial link is emailed to recipients.
Most of
the time, you will want this to be from Your Email Address. Change
this default to the Server email address if emails are not going through
to recipients, due to filtering on the receiver's end (some spam filters
automatically consider emails as spam if the sender's email address does
not match the server where it came from)
Optional Information:
Consider
adding a Reminder Question and Answer to make it easier for you to recover
your password online in the future. The
rest of your contact information is optional - this helps us contact you
in case of billing issues or account validation.
Note: we do not share any of your personal contact information with
third parties.
