Workgroup Plans

A FilesAnywhere Workgroup This is the best solution for teams who need to store and share files between offices, from home or when traveling. Share Folders using Read-Only or Full permissions. Adding a SubAccount A SubAccount is simply an additional user account, which is associated with a Primary account. The Primary account pays for all SubAccounts, and manages the SubAccounts. Any user plan can be upgraded to a Workgroup plan simply by adding SubAccounts. With the WebAdvanced plan, you can add individual SubAccounts as needed. With the Web-only Account, you choose the size of your Workgroup in blocks of 5 users (including the Primary user). WebAdvanced plans are more cost-effective if you only need a couple of SubAccounts, and come with more features. Private Site Plans

Secure and expandable file access for your entire company, division, or a special team that is on-the-go. We host a private storage site that is used only by your organization.

This site includes: your own company-branded login page, a dedicated web address for your company users, in the form "corp.filesanywhere.com/yourname", along with extensive user maintenance through an online Web Admin Console, custom security rules, scalable number of users, multiple groups/divisions, multiple administrators, site activity reports available through email, Automated Backup Setup Daily, Weekly or Monthly scheduled jobs. Synchronize folders between multiple locations, or create automated file transfer jobs. Jobs run automatically as a background service. Dedicated Server Plans

For larger companies and teams, a FilesAnywhere Dedicated Server provides extra security and dedicated server performance. The Dedicated Server has exactly the same features as the Private Site , however all traffic to the server is restricted to only authenticated users from your company, therefore the performance and security are maximized. A private hardware firewall is installed with each dedicated server, and security rules are customized to meet your individual security requirements.

Additional branding customizations are also available, beyond the standard customizations that are provided with the Private Site plans.

The minimum Dedicated Server plan comes with 500 User Licenses and 100GB of storage capacity.

Corporate dedicated server machines are configured using at least Dual Pentium Xeon 2Ghz processors and 2GB RAM, with 10-15,000 rpm disk drives. Rack servers are connected using a gigabit (1GB/sec) network. A higher grade of performance is achieved in both file storage and web access through dedicated processing power and dedicated disk drives. Macro + Micro Management

For Private Sites and Dedicated Servers only, your company's "SuperAdmin" can maintain a team of Administrators that manage respective divisions and division users. The designated company Administrators maintain full control of the user accounts, divisions, and security policies. Administrators have the option of activating automatic file purging schedules on specific user accounts, and, with the correct permissions, can audit accounts by accessing drive contents. User accounts and Divisions can be configured with individual drive space capacities, allowing Administrators to control the total amount of remote disk space being used at macro and micro levels.
