Send files from your computer to anyone,
quickly and securely. Send files of
any size - no more email size limits! This
FilesAnywhere add-in works with
any of these versions of Microsoft Outlook for
Windows: Outlook 2007, Outlook 2003/XP
or Outlook 2002.
In one simple step, this advanced Outlook add-in
automatically uploads files that you select
from your local computer to your account on FilesAnywhere,
then creates a link
for you to send to recipients. Recipients
then click the link to access your shared files.
Recipients can either download the files or view
file contents directly online using the Online
Viewer.
FileShare Default Settings in your
User Profile are
used to set the tracking and View
options for FileShare links created using this
Outlook Add-in. To change the FileShare options,
login to your account on FilesAnywhere, click the
"Profile" toolbar button, then click
the "FileShare
Defaults" tab. Your changed settings
will apply to all new FileShare links created
with the Outlook Add-in.
For example,
you can change the View type to Media View, so
recipients see thumbnails of picture files and
they can view documents directly online; check
"Email notify me when FileShare links are used"
to receive an email notification whenever a file
is accessed.
