Drag-and-Drop to Upload: login and click the "Multi-Upload" tab in FilesAnywhere to reveal the "Upload Drop Pad".  Simply drag and drop anything you want onto this box, and it will start uploading immediately to your account. This tool is fast, reliable, "firewall-friendly", and works in all web browsers, using Windows, Mac or Linux.

Map a Secure WebFolder to your FilesAnywhere account using WebDAV.  No software installation, since WebDAV is built into most operating systems. Using this feature, you can Open, Edit and Save remote files directly from your applications. Also Copy/Paste or Drag-n-Drop between your local computer and the mapped FilesAnywhere folder.

Share Files/Folders via Email Links.  FileShare is a fantastic feature that allows you to share files securely with anyone, even non-members. Just select any file or folder, then type the email addresses of the people you would like to share the files with. An email is sent with a simple web link, prompting your guests to Download any shared files.

Receive Guest Uploads using Dropbox Links.  Do you need to receive large files from guests, but files are too large for emailing?  With the File Dropbox, you can receive large files from anyone securely. Just click "Create Dropbox" and enter email addresses.  An email is sent with a simple web link, so guests can Upload files.

Add SubAccounts to Share Folders in a Workgroup.  This is the best solution for teams who need to store and share files between offices, from home or when traveling. Share Folders using Read-Only or Full permissions. Adding a SubAccount unlocks special features: Media Streaming, full-text Search Index, and Online Viewer.

Version Control with Checkin/Checkout.Version Control provides a structure for working on files in a team, along with detailed tracking, alerts, and the ability to open any prior version of a file.
Document Lifecycle Management. "File Aging" lets you to define custom rules to purge specific folder content based on your own criteria.

Create MediaLinks.  Use your account to easily publish web content. Create direct, public links to images or document pages, using files saved in your account. Publish MediaLinks anywhere that can display content from the web! MediaLink is the fastest and easiest way possible to publish your files on the web. Upload a file, choose "Send Files" then "MediaLink" to create a direct URL to the file.

FTP/SFTP.  FTP and Secure FTP access comes with all WebAdvanced user accounts.  The FTP protocol makes it easy to transfer files to and from your FilesAnywhere account using any FTP application.  Secure FTP features 128-bit encrypted transfers, as SFTP/SSH2 or FTPS with TLS/SSL. Plans include free desktop software and a web-based SFTP interface called "FAST".

File Views.  Organize your files in unlimited ways!  Using File Views, you can create links to actual files and folders in your account, using a new structure that you define.  All through the web!  Work directly within a View - all files are linked to the original folder locations.  Share Views with specific permissions to other users, so you can shield the actual folders, sharing just what you want to.

Developer API.  FilesAnywhere now has an API (application programming interface) for developers.  The FAWAPI allows programmers and web designers to write software applications and websites that use FilesAnywhere for remote file storage.  Setup user accounts online, then use the API to upload, download, list folder content and perform standard file operations.

Email Files Directly to Your Account.  Email files directly to your FilesAnywhere account.  Email attachments are automatically saved into an Inbound Email folder for review.  You can also direct files to specific folders using a special keyword in the email Subject Line.  Setup inbound rules to allow only your approved contacts to email files into your account.
