Workgroup User Setup Overview
What is a Workgroup Plan?
Workgroup plans at FilesAnywhere are a cost-effective way to create multiple user accounts for web-based storage and document sharing. A FilesAnywhere Workgroup is a group of FilesAnywhere user accounts that roll-up to a Primary Workgroup Account.

The Primary Workgroup Account starts as a regular individual FilesAnywhere user, which is then upgraded to a Workgroup plan. The Primary Workgroup Account holder is the one who manages and pays for the Workgroup sub-accounts. You can Upgrade to a Workgroup from any plan.

When to have a Workgroup User Account?
Workgroups are ideal for teams from 2 users to 30 users who need from 2GB to 80GB of combined file space, and who need to store and share files securely on the Internet using only a web browser. For WebAdvanced plans, your Workgroup sub-accounts also get all of the backup features.
