It all starts with a so-called daily snapshot of each account. The information is stored for up to 30 days, allowing users to access the content in their accounts dating back weeks. Once restored, the data will reappear on the user account's main page and once again be fully accessible. The time it takes to restore data to its original state will vary depending on the amount being restored.
Users also will enjoy greater visibility of their files with dynamic Check In and Check Out features. Users Check Out files to download and Check In files for upload to prevent accidental overwrites of data, allowing for more efficient and system-coordinated editing of shared information.
